Frank H. "Skip" Brensinger. 71, of Bethlehem, passed away suddenly and peacefully at his cabin in Pike County on Friday evening, November 7, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Lois (Brugger) Brensinger with whom he would have shared 46 years of marriage on November 30th. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of Lucille (Reinhart) Brensinger of Bethlehem and the late Frank Brensinger, Sr. Skip was a graduate of Liberty High School, class of 1972 and attended Northampton Community College. He worked at Bethlehem Steel for many years and then the Lehigh Valley Racquet and 24-7 Fitness Club for 15 years and later for Lehigh Heavy Forge before retiring. He was a member of Westside Moravian Church, Bethlehem.
Skip had a deep passion for bow hunting and spending time in nature at his family's cabin at Lake Wallenpaupack, where he found peace, relaxation, and opportunities for both cherished family gatherings and quiet personal reflection. He was drawn to the water, enjoying boat rides and sailing. Skip was a regular at the Bethlehem YMCA, where he enjoyed staying active. A skilled craftsman, he loved creating whimsical pieces for the garden, including hand-painted animal-shaped wind sculptures. In earlier years, he was an active participant in area dart leagues and shared a love of mountain biking with his brother-in-law.
Skip lived life to the fullest and especially the time he spent with family and friends and all he met.
Survivors: In addition to his wife, Lois and his mother, Lucille, he is survived by his son, John H. Brensinger and his wife Stefanie; daughter, Amy F. Brensinger and many relatives and friends.
Services: Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Monday, November 17th from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM followed by a brief service and sharing of memories at 1:00 PM all at the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center St. Bethlehem.
