Jeremy Logan Autry, born on April 26, 1995, in Johnston County, passed away on April 29, 2025, at UNC Johnston Health in Smithfield. Jeremy was a cherished son, brother, and uncle, whose love for life and enthusiasm for his passions left an indelible mark on all who knew him.
A visitation to honor Jeremy will be held on May 2, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM, both taking place at Rose & Graham Funeral Home Inc. in Four Oaks, North Carolina. The service will be officiated by Pastor Eddie White, with burial to follow at Hills of Neuse Memory Gardens in Smithfield.
Jeremy’s personality radiated warmth and joy; he was known for his love of playing video games and an unwavering admiration for superheroes. His spirit was free, much like the characters he idolized, inspiring those around him to embrace their own uniqueness and passions.
He is survived by his loving parents, Johnny Mack Autry, Sr. and Kathy Capps Autry; his brothers, Wesley Autry, Tony Guiton, Todd Guiton, and Tyler Guiton and wife, Roshaunda; and his sisters, Kimberly Guiton and husband, Andy and Jessica Guiton. Additionally, he is remembered fondly by a nephew, little Tyler. Each of these family members carries forward Jeremy's spirit and memory, holding tightly to the moments they shared with him. He was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Mack Autry, Jr.
Jeremy Logan Autry will be remembered as a beloved individual whose joyous spirit and passion for life enriched the lives of those he left behind. His memory will live on in the hearts of friends and family, as they cherish the time spent with him and the lasting impact he had on their lives.
