Jeremy Robert Cook

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeremy Robert Cook, age 42, who left us on October 22, 2025. Born on September 19, 1983, in El Paso, Texas, Jeremy was a bright spirit cherished by many.

Jeremy had a passion for adventure and travel, with a particular love for scuba diving that brought him peace and joy in life. He was a dedicated worker at UPS, where he contributed to the transport industry with diligence and commitment.

Jeremy will be deeply missed by his beloved son, Jeritt Zane Cook, as well as his mother, Linda Cook, and stepfather, Raymond Fournet. He leaves behind his brothers, Tyler Cook (Rachel) and Nathan Cook, along with stepfamily members: stepbrother Toby Fournet (Joann), stepsisters Sarah Jayne Cosgrove, and LaRae Cannon (Cody). Jeremy was a proud uncle to six nieces and five nephews, and he held a special bond with his aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jeri Cook, in 2003. In honoring his legacy of compassion, Jeremy shared the gift of life through organ and tissue donation, reflecting the caring nature that defined him.

We invite family and friends to gather in remembrance of Jeremy at a memorial service on November 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The service will be held at Vine Family Fellowship Church, located at 5229 Kelly Elliott Rd, Arlington, Texas..

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that expressions of sympathy be made through charitable donations to "Johns Hopkins University" in support ofFunctional Neurological Disorder (FND).
