Jeremy Wayne Rouyea

A ceremony celebrating the life of Jeremy Wayne Rouyea will be held on Saturday September 23, 2023, with visitation beginning at 9:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am, at River of Life Worship Center Port Vincent, with Pastor Bobby Ready officiating. Jeremy was born in Baton Rouge on July 13, 1978, and went to be with the Lord on September 13, 2023, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center at the age of 45 years. He was a resident of French Settlement, a Paramedic, and a Volunteer Firefighter with a heart to serve. He was a devoted father, son, grandfather, nephew, and friend. He is survived by his parents Terry and Paula Arceneaux Rouyea, his children Micah Rouyea (Natsha), and Ashley Rouyea (Johnny), grandchildren Arabella, Amelia, and Jackson, also survived by other relative and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Julius and Geneva Rouyea, and Melvin and Pearl Arceneaux.
