Jerimi Dale Worley, with an outpouring of love and honor from his family and numerous others that he had blessed during his life surrounding him, took the next step in his journey from this life to his eternal home on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence. In death as in life, Jerimi will be a gift to others through organ donation.
Jerimi will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 17 years, Jennifer (Tegarden); children, Michallia (Landon), Brooke, Dalton, Tristan, Aubrie, Phineas, Silas; grandchildren Theodore, grandson due in May; siblings, Jason, Jared (Sara), Jenna; mother, Kathy and countless many who knew him.
Jerimi was preceded in death by his grandparents, Oliver and Allene Hale; grandson Arthur.
Jerimi was born on October 23, 1980, in Troy, Missouri to James Worley and Kathy (Hale) Howard. Jerimi earned his AAS in Respiratory Care from OTC. He worked as a Respiratory Therapist for over 20 years, where he was known for his compassionate care and unwavering dedication to his patients. He and his family moved to the Odessa area in 2020 where Jerimi enjoyed moments spent farming his land, riding motorcycles on his track, coaching his children in wrestling, helping friends and strangers alike while spending time with his family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 South Second Street, Odessa, Missouri 64076, 816-633-5524. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, April 20, 2025 at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 21, 2025 at the funeral home. Graveside Service with interment will follow at Hopewell Cemetery, 7631 East Farm Road 182, Rogersville, Missouri 65742 at 3:00 p.m. Tribute gifts in Jerimi’s name may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation in lieu of flowers.
