Jerrie James (née Speakman, Sharkey), age 92 of Oak Lawn, Illinois, died April 22, 2024.
Jerrie was born in Chicago on April 16, 1932. Jerrie was a mother, grandmother and wife and is survived by her loving daughter, Dawn (Charles McGourty) Speakman and her son, the late Jimmy Speakman.
Dear sister of the late Jacqueline (Bernard) Durkin, bothers Daniel Sharkey and the late Frank Sharkey. Cherished grandmother of Justin McGourty. Fond aunt of Thomas (Amy) Rezetko and the late Laura Rezetko.
Memorial visitation Wednesday, May 1st from 10:00am until 12:00pm at the KERRY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CARE CENTER, 7020 West 127th Street, Palos Heights, Illinois.
Interment private.
