Jerry Paul Anderson

Jerry Paul "AJ" Anderson, age 64, of Blue Springs, Missouri and previously of Bonner Springs, Kansas passed away on Friday, January 6th, 2023 at his home while surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be 3-4pm, with a Memorial Service starting at 4pm, both on Friday, Jan. 13th at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home.
Jerry was born on March 7, 1958 in Independence, Missouri and the youngest of two sons born to Gordon & Lazona (Gardner) Anderson. He grew up in Bonner Springs and graduated from Bonner Springs High School in the Class of 1977. Jerry had worked many years as a Master Plumber in HVAC and later was a Heavy Equipment Operator. He was very proud of his Choctaw Indian Heritage. Jerry also was a very proud and loving father to his two daughters, five grandchildren and his dog Ginger.
He was preceded in death by his father Gordon Anderson, Son Aaron Anderson and Son-in-law James Michael Goins.
Survivors include his mother Lazona "Loney" Anderson of Bonner Springs, KS his two daughters: Paula Goins of Olathe, KS Jennifer Schinderling (Brian) of Blue Springs, MO, five grandchildren: Hailey, Willyan, Makayla, Dylan & Zara, his beloved dog Ginger and one brother Tony Anderson of Kansas City, KS. As well as several extended family and friends.
