Survived by one daughter, Rhonda Jean Smith of Cincinnati, Ohio, and one son, Jerry Len Arnett of Lexington, Ohio, two sisters, Rita Sue Hickey of Jackson, Kentucky, Vida Jean Hudlow of Kennesaw, Georgia, four grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
In addition to his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by four brothers, James Edward Arnett, Wade Harris Arnett, Garland Arnett, Patrick Arnett, and three sisters, Ora Lee Minix, Lelia A. Stephens, and Anna Louise Horne.
A memorial services will be held and announced at a later date.
