Jerry Brotherton Obituary

Jerry Lee Brotherton, 80, formally of Kahoka, Mo., passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025, at Camdenton Windsor Estates, Camdenton, Mo.

Jerry was born on May 23, 1945, in Kahoka, Mo., to Lawrence Oswald and Verga Opal (Wells) Brotherton. Jerry graduated from Clark County High School in 1963. Jerry was a self-employed truck driver who hauled fuel to filling stations. He was a simple man who liked being outdoors, keeping busy, and being around his family.

Jerry is survived by his son Jeff (Jolita) Brotherton of Lake Ozark, Mo., a daughter Tami Henriksen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, a brother Larry "Pat" Brotherton of Fort Madison, two grandchildren, one great-grandchild and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a half-brother, Victor Anthony.

According to his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no visitation or funeral service. Memorials contributions can be made to Clark County Senior Center and can be left or mailed to Wilson & Triplett Funeral Home, 975 East Main St, Kahoka, MO 63445.
