I´m so sorry to hear of Jerry´s passing.
My last memory of Jerry was of him riding off on his Harley from Sharon & Will´s condo with my sister Jill on the back.
Jasmine & Julianna, you may have a void in your heart, but the memories of your "Girl Dad" dad will never fade. Embrace them when you´re down to perk up your day. I´ve heard of your epic trips to Yellowstone. How awesome!
My deepest thoughts are with the Creeden family.

Jerry was a passionate, fun, loving spirit who embraced life to the fullest. His love for nature and motorcycle rides was only matched by his courage and determination.
After battling meningioma and undergoing surgery, Jerry demonstrated a level of resilience and optimism that I have seldom seen in my 42 years of nursing. He fought harder than anyone I've ever witnessed, determined to regain his independence, And he did so with a smile on his face.
His passing leaves a profound void in our lives, but the memories of his strength, humor, and love will forever remain in our hearts.
Jerry, you will be deeply missed. Rest in peace, dear cousin .

Jasmine, Juliana, Heather, Colleen, Sharon and Willie, ......my deepest condolences on the loss of your dear Jerry. I so deeply wish the miles between us were fewer and that we would have had more time to see and spend time with each other. The memories I have of him are wonderful and dear to me. May God's peace and love eternally embrace him and give you all comfort in this great loss. We love you all dearly.

My first memory of Jerry was him pulling up in front of my house in Imperial Beach Ca. I believe it was 1980 or 1981. I had just finished my 4 years with the Navy and Jerry was a newly arrived Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment mechanic reporting to the USS Ranger. He was driving a bright red Triumph Spitfire convertible which he left with me when he deployed overseas for 6 months. Myself and all of my ex Navy buddies always enjoyed Jerry's company. He was proud of the important work he did aboard the Ranger and proud to be a Sailor. He represented the fighting spirit of the Navy and those who have gone before us to defend our freedom and democracy. He was a pleasure to have around and a valuable shipmate to those he served with. I have no doubt that the gates of heaven opened up early for Jerry.

I am so sorry to have lost dear Jerry, our fun, tall, dark cousin who looked & acted so much like our 4 Bentley brothers. Jazz & Julie, my heart goes out to you because it was obvious since your birth, hearing the stories from our beloved Aunt Phyllis & Sharon Kay, how devoted he was to both of you, & how many fun adventures he gave you. Not all kids can say that, so you have been blessed! It´s heartbreaking for you, Colleen, & Heather to have lost him so soon. I´m so grateful I got to know him again during visits to Seattle the past 20 years. Since his illness struck, Jill has often noted how hard he fought it & what a wonderful positive attitude he had about it. That´s a big lesson for all of us! Best wishes to all of you for treasured memories & for peace going forward! Love, Jan Bentley.
