Jerry Leo Drew left this world on September 6th, 2025, at the age of 73. He was born in Connersville, Indiana, on December 11, 1951, the son of John D Drew and Louella Mae (Hamilton) Drew.

Jerry was a hard worker, having worked several jobs. He retired from J and J packaging after 20 years of service. Jerry was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed going out and hunting with his lifelong best friend David Isaacs and enjoyed fishing with his children. He also enjoyed listening to his country music and truly enjoyed listening to gospel music. After he retired enjoyed spending time with his family playing Euchre.

Jerry is survived by his children, Amy Jo Drew Short (Connersville), his stepdaughter Chastity Sloan (Cambridge City), Jerry Drew (Connersville), and David Drew (Connersville). He is also survived by his siblings, Virginia Griffin, Mary Durham, Jimmy Drew all of Connersville, two sisters Carol Hultberg and Bonnie Nistler of Minnesota, many grandchildren and two great grandchildren, as well as lots of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He is proceeded in death by his son Michael Drew, his parents John and Louella Drew, siblings, Phyllis Meeks, Robert Drew, John Drew, Sharon Bauer, and Ethel Meadows.

Jerry will be truly missed by his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of Jerry's family. Urban Winkler Funeral Home is honored to assist with his arrangements.
