He had a special love for the outdoors, especially fishing at Lake Chicot. His greatest joy was being on the water, and he showed his kids and grandchildren how important it was to know how to fish but more than that- how to live – many life lessons were shared by Jerry while he was fishing with you.
Most of all, Jerry knew how to exhibit God’s love for all people. He always had a smile and made everyone feel welcomed and important. He loved to joke and always found a way to make people laugh. Jerry was an amazing person, husband, father, grandfather, friend, and a true blessing to so many.
In lieu of a funeral, there will be a memorial service announced for family and friends at a later date. A special thanks to the loving Hospice team at the VA Hospital in Little Rock - May God Bless you for taking such great care of him during his last days.
