Jerry W. Geisleman

Jerry W. Geisleman, born June 7, 1950, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home on March 29, 2026. Jerry was a devoted family man whose passions included fishing, gardening, and an enduring love for cars. He took great joy in drag racing, attending car shows, camping, and traveling, especially his trips to Colorado to visit family and experience white water rafting. Above all, Jerry cherished his family deeply.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Rosemary Geisleman, and their children, Anthony Geisleman and Melissa (Randy) Barnes. Jerry’s legacy continues through his grandchildren: Justine, Jaedyn, Madison, Lucy, Rosemary, Clifford, Kaitlyn, and Lucas. He is also lovingly remembered by his brothers, Randy (Roberta) Geisleman and Rick (Elaine) Geisleman.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Marguerite Geisleman, and his son Eric Geisleman. Their memory remains close to the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A visitation will be held on April 2, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, located at 8408 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana. This will be followed immediately by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Covington Memorial Gardens.

Jerry W. Geisleman’s life was marked by a passion for adventure and a steadfast love for his family and community. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
