Mr. Jerry Wayne Haynes, 67, of Linden/Clifton, passed away Monday February 17, 2025 at Maury Regional Medical Center. He was born in Hohenwald to the late Willard "Bud" Haynes and Dolly Azalee Horner Haynes. He had last worked in the Maintenance Department at Johnson Controls/Team Linden. Jerry enjoyed all the years he had worked at Johnson Controls. He spent most of his time wood working, tinkering and building projects. He enjoyed spending time outside and going fishing. He loved drinking coffee while sitting on the front porch.
In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his sisters Betty Sue Mercer and Faye Dedrick.
Survivors include a son Jeremy "Bud" (Rachel) Haynes of Linden, a daughter Leigh (Joshua) Rogers of Parsons, grandchildren Lance, Peyton, Jaidyn, Jaxon and Layla and a very special granddaughter Autumn Haynes, step-grandchildren Devin and Trevor Payne and Sara Moore, a very special sister Patsy "Patti" Haynes of Linden, a brother Earl G. Haynes, a special nephew Jamie Mercer, special friend Mitzi Hedgepath and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home for burial expenses.
