Jerry Karbowski slipped peacefully into God's hands on January 19, 2025, with his wife and bonus daughter by his side.
Jerry was a resident of Truth or Consequences for many years where he owned Eeks Towing and Salvage and he was a jack of all trades. Jerry was like the Energizer Bunny, and it seemed like he would go forever, until illness slowed him down. Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Fredrick Karbowski, his mother, Anna Mae (Green)Freeman, and his sister Nadine Karbowski.
Jerry is survived by his "Wifey" Clara Karbowski, bonus children Kerry Baca, John Gordon, Donna Merritt, all of Truth or Consequences, Edward Gordon and wife Belinda, of Los Lunas. Daughter Sherrie Meredith of Conroe, TX. Sister Carolyn Greathouse of New Caney, TX. Nieces Debbie Daughtery and husband Mark, also of New Caney, TX and Sandy Gray and husband Mark of Fort Worth, TX. Granddaughters Amie L Holt and husband August, Jessica C Meredith and husband Beau and Great Granddaughter Reed A Willis all of Conroe, TX. Bonus grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, Krystal Moody and husband Jeff, Jonathan Gordon and wife Kelly along with their children Autumn, Lilly and Luca. Whitney Rudder and her children Emma and Payton, Chance Gordon and wife Siara with Maiya and Malia, Kayden Massagee-Gordon, Logan Massage- Gordon Roderick Gordon, Eathan Curliss, Chloe Curliss and Emily Curliss all of Truth or Consequences, NM. Jerry Pena of El Paso, TX. Nerrisa Pena and Amanda Dodd, Charles Gathings, Evan Baca and wife Stephanie and their children Xavier, Destiny, Evan JR and Damien and Austin Gordon. Honorary Granddaughter Jennifer Johnson and honorary Great Granddaughter Lillian. He is also survived by many friends including Steve and Candy Holmes and Bob Blair.
Jerry was lovingly known as our energizer bunny because he was always working nonstop. Sadly, our energizer bunny finally ran out of juice.

A very special "Thank you" to Isabelle Sheele. You were not just Jerrys CNA but you and Erica became a part of our family. Also, Occupational therapist Bob Sidway, we always looked forward to your visits. We will forever be indebted to both of you!
There will be no services held at this time. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
