Jerry Wayne Lilly, 84, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on January 31, 2026, at John J Pershing VAMC in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Jerry was born on December 14, 1941, to James and Velma (Perkins) Lilly in Manila, Arkansas. He married Lillian Martin in 1962.
Jerry was an avid reader, computer whiz, and mechanically inclined. He loved to give gifts, collect sports memorabilia, and to travel. Jerry was a loving husband, father, and brother. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Jerry is survived by one sister, Kay Claybrooke; several nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, Lois Lilly, Judy Lilly, Rose Davis, Margaret Duke, Mary Barren, Alice Stoker, Kathy Falvey; brother-in-law, Frank Martin; and special friends, Lonnie and Tommy.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, James and Velma; wife, Lillian; son, Keith. daughter, Karen; brothers, Charles, Bob, and Jimmy and brother-in-law, Sam Maben.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 11:30am-12:30pm at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services in Poplar Bluff, MO. Funeral services will follow beginning at 12:30. Burial will take place at Missouri Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
