Jerry Macchia, of White Plains and lifelong resident of Westchester passed away peacefully with his loved ones by his side on Tuesday April 29th, 2025 at the age of 61.
Jerry was born on September 15, 1963 in Guardia Lombardi Italy, the son of Alessandra & Antonio Macchia. In 1967 He moved to the US with his family to start a new life. He grew up in Silver Lake (West Harrison) and graduated from Harrison High school. Shortly after, he set off to serve his country in the US Marines.
Family and friends were always important to him and he was loved by everyone. He loved his NY Yankees and Giants. He was the owner of Oasis Aquascapes and loved what he did. He was a true animal lover at heart and loved spending time with his dogs Peanut, Roxy and Noel.
Jerry is survived by his life partner Patty Troiani, her children Stefania D'Angelo, Anthony (Nicole) D'Angelo and granddaughter Mia, whom he loved as his own, his siblings Antoinette (Vito pre deceased) DiFeo, Rocco (Rosa)Macchia, Maria (Mattia) Cipriano, Felice (Pina)Macchia, Michelangelo (Maria) Macchia and many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
He will always be remembered as the funny, adventurous and good hearted life partner, step dad, brother, uncle and friend. He will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.
