Jerry Marzano Obituary

Visit the Whitney & Murphy Bueler Mortuary website to view the full obituary.

Jerry Marzano, age 71, was born on April 21, 1954, in Tacoma, Washington, and passed away on November 19, 2025, while in Arizona.

Jerry was a devoted husband, father, and ,Papa and his love for family guided every step of his life. He and his wife, Pam, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a wonderful six-week trip through Italy and Greece—a journey filled with laughter, adventure, and memories they cherished deeply.

Family traditions meant everything to Jerry. He loved the rituals that brought everyone together, and he made sure those moments were meaningful and lasting. A lifelong, hard-core Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he cheered with passion and loyalty—traits that defined him well beyond football.

Jerry was also an avid boater, a passion he enjoyed for more than 40 years. The water was one of his happiest places, whether he was out cruising, spending time with family, or simply enjoying the peacefulness it brought.

Known for his perfectionism and his belief in doing things the right way, Jerry was the go-to person whenever something needed to be done with care and expertise. His strong work ethic carried through a long and respected career in the building and millwork industry, culminating in his retirement from Huttig Building Products in 2017.

Above all, Jerry’s greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his wife, Pam; their three daughters—Marlo (Troy), April (Nick), and Jamie (Scott); his six beloved grandchildren—Madison, Kaden, Tyler, Kannon, Garin, and Bradley—who lovingly knew him as “Papa”; and his sisters, Diane and Diana. His family was his heart, and he leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and devotion.

A Celebration of Life will be held on December 21st at 1:00 p.m. at 1625 South Tacoma Way, Tacoma, Washington.

Jerry will be remembered for his warmth, his steady presence, his love of tradition, and the countless memories he created for those he loved. His absence leaves an immeasurable void, but his spirit will live on forever in his family and all who knew him.
