Jerry McMullen, age 67, currently of Hope Mills, passed away on February 12, 2026, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, after a long battle with many health issues.
Born June 10, 1958, in Fort Sumter, South Carolina, Jerry was the son of Janet Snider and Edward McMullen. He was preceded in death by his sister, Julie; mother, Janet and her husband Martin; and his father, Edward.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda, whom he was happily married to for 38 years; daughter, Tuesdee Walden; three sisters, Sandy, Mickey, and Melanie; brother, Joe; and a host of other family members and friends.
Jerry was a passionate musician who touched the hearts of many. He will be remembered and forever cherished as a loving husband, father, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
