Jerry Wayne Phillips passed away peacefully on February 26, 2023 at his home in North Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 76. He was born July 19, 1946 to the late Jim and Maudie Phillips in England, Arkansas.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jimmy Phillips, Winford Phillips, Carl Phillips, Vernon Phillips and John Phillips; sisters, Rita Hubbird and Kathryn Barker; and his beloved daughter, Jeri Lee Phillips.
He is survived by grandchildren, Reagan Michelle and Jeremy Wayne; numerous nieces and nephews; and son, Craig Phillips. He is also survived by his loving rescued companion, Roscoe.
Jerry was an Army Vietnam War Veteran. He had an amazing capacity for remembering numbers up to the time of his death, which he said was due to his training as a radio operator in Germany. He received the National Defense Service Medal and Sharpshooter Badge. He was a smart, sweet, kind, beautiful soul, and was dearly loved.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by the funeral at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Interment with military honors will follow at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
