Jerry Allen Reed, 72, of Bryant, Alabama, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, October 6, 2025.
Born on April 2, 1953, in Dayton, Tennessee, Jerry was the son of the late Wesley and Elizabeth King Reed. He was the devoted husband of the late Kathy Jenkins Reed.
Jerry is survived by his son, Joshua (Amanda) Reed; daughter, Sheena (Chad) Ellis; sisters, Bernice Nole, Phyllis Miller, and granddaughter, Kristen Reed and great-granddaughter, Maliah Cooper. He was preceded in death by his brother, Buddy Reed, sisters, Patricia Ann Hindman, Januath Higgins and Madge Doyle and grandson, Logan Castleberry.
In keeping with his wishes, Jerry will be cremated, and no formal service will be held.
