Survivors include his children, Shelby Carter and wife Malea of Danville, Chloe Carter and fiancé Jamison of Danville, Jerry Settlemire Jr. of Atkins, Tyler Carter of Morrilton; one sister, Tamberla Velasquez and husband Sam of Russellville; three brothers, Josh Settlemire and wife Louisa of Victor, Colorado, Tommy Kilpatrick of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Jerry Kilpatrick and wife Shane of Greenbrier and one grandchild, Serena Garrison.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 19, 2025, 2:00P.M. to 4:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle.
