Patricia Settlemire Obituary
Patricia will be lovingly remembered by her son, Richard (Patience Goodwin) Settlemire, Lexington, brothers, Richard Wayne Combs, Perry County, Rodney Gene (Lisa Dawn) Combs, Paris, grandchildren, Connor Willis, Xavier Wills, and nephew, Noah Combs. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Marvin Combs.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Midway Christian Church with Pastor Heather McCall officiating. Visitation will be held right before the service from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm. A luncheon in Patricia's honor will be held immediately after the service at the Church's Fellowship Hall. Family and friends are encouraged to share memories and leave messages of condolence here on Patricia's tribute wall.

Pat and I first met when we became Neighbors in 1975. She and my mother shared a birthday, July 9th. We were meant to be friends. We both believed that everything happens for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. We shared some of the best times in my life and some of the worst times in my life. We spent many hours on her back porch and in her angel room. She was my angel. I loved her.

I knew Pat for many years doing her hair, her son, and new her lovely husband in Midway, plus met her mother who she cared for at her home. She was the kindness lady who I also met her for lunch at her home a few times. Her passion was loving Angels and talking to them in her beautiful room that she had someone paint those on her walls. Her yard was full of many variety of gorgeous flowers. She definitely had a green thumb. Even though it has been many years since I´ve seen her it saddens me such a lovely lady has left us but she is in a such a better place and crossed over to be with her husband and mother. Debbie
