Jerry Lee Sipple passed away July 9, 2025, at his home peacefully. He was born April 26, 1953, in Kansas City, Kansas to Martin and Gertrude Sipple. He was the sixth child of ten siblings. Both parents preceded him in death.
Jerry attended Dunbar North Elementary School. Then went on to Northeast Junior High School.
Jerry worked various jobs. He accepted the Lord at an early age and then later united with his brother's church, Timothy Baptist Church, Reverend Louis D. Sipple, who was the pastor.
Jerry loved his family and would call each of them on a regular basis.
Jerry was preceded in death by his oldest child, Jerry L. Sipple, Jr., in 1994, his older sisters, Josephine Bell, Patsie, brother, Marshal.
Jerry leaves to cherish his memories, son, Cortez V. Sipple, Sr., (Chalet) of Kansas City, Missouri; daughter, Ebony Sipple of Kansas City, Kansas; ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; brothers, Reverend Louis D. Sipple of Kansas City, Kansas, Morris Sipple of Kansas City, Missouri, Randolph Sipple of Denver, Colorada, Keith Sipple of Los Vegas, Nevada, Steve Sipple of Los Vegas, Nevada, Brian Sipple of Kansas City, Kansas and Martin Sipple, III of Los Vegas, Nevada; sisters-in-law; nephews, nieces and a host of relatives and friends.
Free at Last, free at Last. Thank God Almighty He is Free at Last.
Memorial Services will be held on Sunday July 27, 2025, 1:00 p.m. at Lawrence A. Jones & Sons Funeral Chapel-Kansas. Private Disposition. Arrangements entrusted to Lawrence A. Jones & Sons Funeral Chapels. Condolences may be shared on our website.
