Jerry Thurman Obituary
Jerry Lee Thurman also known as "Charlie Boy" transitioned peacefully on March 10, at The Springs of El Dorado Nursing Home
.
He was born January 30, 1954, in Shreveport, LA to the late Mildred Turner and Woodrow Thurman both from Louisiana. He is preceded in death by three sisters (Mary, Betty, Le Stine) and two brothers (Jesse and John).
Jerry was a loving man that cared for his family and friends. If you ever came in contact with him, you would know that he was a sweet and caring soul. When he was around, there was never a dull moment. He also had a close relationship with God.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife (Rosie Thurman) his two daughters (Rosie Denise Thurman and Brittney Thurman) his four grandchildren (Destiny, Lennord, Harmani, Jamylah) his great grandchildren (Jazyiah, Kelani Nevaeh) three brothers (Billy, Luther, Daniel) three nieces (crystal, Shasmine, Shameka) five nephews (Carlton, Robert, Justin, Bubba, Jack, Pat) along with a host of other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
