Jerryln Jeffreys

Jerryln Bolling Jeffreys, age 78, passed away on January 19, 2025. She was born September 22, 1946, to the late Jerry Bolling and Mildred Gentry Bolling, in Neptune, New Jersey. Jerryln was raised in the New Hope Community of Raleigh and graduated from Millbrook High School in 1964. She also graduated from Kings Business College in 1966. She worked in the dental field most of her life, including 20+ years with Dr Cynthia Elderkin. Jerryln was a charter member of Six Forks Rescue Squad.
Jerryln is survived by her husband of 58 years, Bennett Jeffreys, sons: Brian (Misty), Jerry (Amy); grandchildren: Josh Reynolds, Alayna Burgess, Carson Jeffreys, Dylan Jeffreys; great grandchildren: Joseph Lightbody, Carter Lassiter, Riley Reynolds; brother-in-law, Chuck Jones; nephews: Trey Warner (Keri), Chris Warner (Angie), and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Jerryln is preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Bolling Jones.
The family would like to offer special thanks to TerraBella Senior Living Raleigh and Amedisys Hospice Raleigh for their loving care for the last three years.
Funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm on Friday, January 24, 2025, at the L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, NC. Burial will follow at Brier Creek Memorial Gardens, 7601 ACC Boulevard, Raleigh, NC. The service will be officiated by Mark Schell.
The family will receive friends and relatives prior to the service, from 1:00-2:15 pm, at the funeral home.
