Jesse Willis Gibson

Jesse Willis Gibson, son of Mary York Gibson and the late Willis Troy Gibson, was born at Seco, Kentucky, May 9, 1951. He entered eternal life Sunday, November 16, 2025 at the Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, being 74 years, 5 months and 27 days of age at the time of his passing.
Jesse was married to Connie Hampton Gibson, August 2, 1969. He was a member of the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church and the Skyway Community Chapel Church in Palmetto, Florida. Jesse was a member of the Lonesome Pine Masonic Lodge No.884 in Neon, Kentucky and honorary member of the Masonic Tipton Lodge No.226 in Munford, Tennessee. He worked in the coal mines for over 20 years and went on to become an X-ray Technician for over 14 years.
Jesse was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather, brother and friend to all that knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Connie Gibson of Kona, Kentucky; Mother: Mary Gibson of Asland, Kentucky; a son: Troy (Denise) Gibson of Munford, Tennessee, two daughters: Jessica "Mink" (David) Stidham of Kona, Kentucky and April "Doobie" (Stephen) Lucas of Haymond, Kentucky, one sister: Nancy (Rod) Turnmyre of Ashland, Kentucky.
Also surviving are 10 grandchildren: Jacob, Aiden, Caleb, Gardy, Chantal, Chase, Matthew, Andrew, Alexander and Travis; Three great-grandchildren: Hudson, Mallory and Stetson and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Jesse was preceded in death by his father, Willis Troy Gibson, and a brother, Benjamin "Bobby" Robinett.
