Jesse Thomas Patitucci was born on July 26, 1988, to Michael and Wendy Ann Patitucci in Syracuse, NY. Jesse moved to Peru, NY in 1998 and attended Peru Central School, where he made countless lifelong friends. After graduating from high school in 2006, he went on to earn an Associates of Science Degree at Clinton Community College.
Jesse held many jobs, the most recent of which included SterRx and CVPH, in their Nutrition Services Department and as a Certified Pharmacy Tech.
Jesse was known for his loving heart, impeccable sense of humor, and amazing hair. He had a famously green thumb, and loved plants and being in nature. He had a passion for camping, paddling, and fishing and loved going to secluded, hard to reach ponds. Jesse was an avid Dungeons and Dragons player who always brought unpredictable choices and hilarious antics to any campaign. He loved video games and held the cooperative world record in Debris Infinity for several years with his friend Justin Atkins. His favorite board game was Cosmic Encounter, and he enjoyed any tabletop game that was challenging and fun. He loved Magic the Gathering and was always a worthy opponent. Jesse had a passion for driving and working on cars, especially Honda Civics. His friends will also tell you that he made a mean Old Fashioned. Jesse had a deep desire for knowledge and was always enthusiastic about learning everything he could on topics that interested him. Above all else, Jesse loved spending time with his family and friends.
Jesse was predeceased by his mother Wendy Ann Patitucci, cousin Kevin Beach, and beloved dog Buster. He is survived by his father Michael Patitucci, sister Asher Gildea, cousins Jason Patitucci, Chris Patitucci, Dave Kolb, and Josh Patitucci, aunt Jean Beach, uncle Barry Beach, grandmother Joan Beach, and close friends Justin and Amybeth Atkins, Mike and Katie Blake, Josh and Diane Clemons, Earl Dahl, Christa Haley, Chris and Aleasha Mastic, Molly Miller, Ben Tentis, Josh Ward, Kyle and Odette Wenig.
Per Jesse's wishes, there will be no services held. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to UVM Oncology Department.
