Jesse Ruffner Obituary
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025 from 5:30 – 8:00 PM at Pagel Funeral Homes in Edgewood, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may go to Pagel Funeral Homes to offset funeral expenses or Donor's Choice.
Jesse was born on July 6, 1976 in Effingham, Illinois to Jerry L. and Carol (Wharton) Ruffner.
He enjoyed riding dirt bikes, fishing, and anything that included being outdoors or on the dirt track. He found joy in coaching his children's sports and watching them excel in everything they did. His children and grandchildren were and will always be his pride and joy.
Jesse will be lovingly missed by his parents, Jerry and Carol Ruffner of Mason; daughters, Sierah (Austyn) Hanna of Greenville, IL, Adelita Ruffner of Altamont, IL, Cali Ruffner of Altamont, IL; son, Kyle Ruffner of Effingham, IL; brother, Jeremy (Leigh Ann) Ruffner of Altamont, IL; sisters, Tracy (Kurt) Worman of Effingham, IL, Courtney (Kevin) Reed of Watson, IL; and grandchildren, Scarlett and Blythe Hanna of Greenville, IL.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene and Harriett Wharton and Clare A. and Geneva Ruffner.
