Jesse T. Sheets Jr.

MASON, OH. – Jesse T. Sheets Jr. age 78, of Mason, Ohio, died Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Hospice of Cincinnati – Blue Ash.

Born to Jesse T. and Naomi G. Freeman Sheets Sr., Jesse lived most of his life in Richmond, before moving to Mason, Ohio in 1992. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and formerly worked at Barenfield Container. Jesse was very proud of his military service and enjoyed woodworking. He will be dearly missed by his wife and everyone that knew him.

Survivors include his wife and best friend, Shirley Warren Sheets; daughter, Betsy Lynn Noe; son, Jesse T. Sheets III; grandchildren, Jesse T. Sheets IV, Jarrett Sheets, Ashton Pugh and Samantha Pugh; 3 great grandchildren; stepsons, Jerry, Rick, and Chad; 8 step grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; brothers, Richard Sheets and special brother, Steve Sheets; sister, Vickie Fleenor; nieces; nephews; and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters; special sister, Elizabeth, and 1 brother.

Visitation for Jesse T. Sheets Jr. will be from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 26, 2025, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 26, 2025, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Elkhorn Cemetery with military honors provided by the Wayne County Honor Guard.
