Jesse Solomon

Jesse Solomon, 55, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025, at Baptist South Medical Center.
Born and raised in Micronesia, Jesse came to the United States at the age of 18 to build a new life and raise a family. Thirty years ago, he met and married the love of his life, Lani, with whom he shared a lifetime of devotion and joy.
In 2004, Jesse and his family settled in St. Augustine. Jesse was a hard worker with a strong work ethic and kind spirit, he earned the respect and friendship of all who worked alongside him.
Outside of work, Jesse's greatest happiness came from spending time with his family-especially his beloved grandchildren, who brought endless joy and laughter to his life.
He is survived by his wife, Lani Solomon; children, Jesse, Jr. (Akemi), Emmy Lou, Edgan (Makayla) and Marry Lou; 10 grandchildren, Hartman, Mccarthy, Zena, Kaleah, Chanelle, Cheyanne, Ariani, Kayah, Irina and Kenai and his siblings, Kathleen, Jerry, Karleen, Eugene, Stalin, Roman, Charles, Cathrine, Scarlett, Lawrence, Jimmy and Marcelino.
Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, October 31, 2025 at St Johns Family Funeral Home with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. A visitation will precede the service from 10-12.
St. Johns Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
