Jesse Vasquez Obituary
He was born on August 29, 1971, in Uvalde to Olivia (Samarripa) and Jose A. Vasquez.
He married Sonya S. Sosa in Uvalde on July 25, 1992.
He is survived by his mother, Oliva Vasquez of Uvalde; wife, Sonya Vasquez of 30 years of Kerrville; daughter, Bianca Lizette Vasquez of Kerrville; son, Jesse Vasquez, Jr. of Boerne; sisters, Cynthia Lara and Debbie Hurtado both of Uvalde; brother, Ernest Vasquez of Uvalde; mother in law, Linda Sosa of Uvalde; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He is preceded in death by his father, brother, Joe Vasquez, and father in law, Juan R. Sosa, Jr.
Visitation will begin on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. followed by a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 27, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Carlos Jimenez, Ruben Escamilla, Chris Medrano, Ray Martinez, Louis Martinez, and Jose Hurtado Jr.
