Jessica is survived by four children, Ariel Bales, Issac Bales, Nathaniel Bales and Isabella Bales; her mother, Susan Garbaciak; and two brothers, Mark and Brandon Garbaciak.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Patrick.
A memorial gathering to commemorate her life will be held at Hansen-Onion-Martell funeral home on Friday, June 6th from 12 noon until 4 p.m.
