Mrs. Jessica Nichole Faircloth Locklear, 42 went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
A Celebration of Jessica’s Life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Grays Creek Church of God, officiating will be Pastor Frankie Rogers. Burial will follow at Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 1:50 PM Saturday at the church prior to the service.
Jessica is preceded in death by her father, Gary Mitchell Faircloth; brother, Linwood “Mitch” Mitchell Faircloth; grandparents, Horace Alton Warren, Sr. & Martha Warren, and Hicks & Betty Jean Faircloth; and uncles, Jimmy Cooper and Harold Craig Faircloth.
Jessica worked as a Nursing Assistant with Cape Fear Valley Medical Center for 20 years. Jessica was truly a wonderful person with a caring heart, she will be missed by all who knew her.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Ervin Locklear, Jr.; children, Nick, Trevor and Madyson Locklear; mother, Lisa Warren Faircloth; aunts and uncles, Frances Cooper, Horace Alton Warren, Jr. & wife, Katrinia, and Lorinda Faircloth Raynor & husband, Dewayne; mother and father-in-law, Ervin & Rita Locklear; nieces, Sierra Scott and Ayla Raye Hadley; and close friends, Sandy & Kenny Packer and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Butler Funeral Home or the family to help with funeral expenses, or to the Colorectal Cancer Society (donate.cancer.org).
