Mrs Cotney and Family,

I am sorry that I was out of State and didn't return in time for the Going Home of Jessie, he was a fine man and I know he will be greatly missed, but you have all the years that you were together to look back on and I know that you will always have a smile on your face as you remember special times that you each remember and cherish.

Although I am a Cousin to Jessie I never met him until later on in life, I remember the first time I met him, it was in Church, he told me that him Mother was a Hanners and I knew then we were kin.

I'm sure that you will have GOD'S Grace, Love and Comfort during the coming times.

Sincerly,

Janet May
