Jewel Davis

Born: April 30, 1928 | Died: August 13, 2025

Jewel C. Davis, (J.C., aka 'Cuz'), age 97, passed away on Wednesday, August 13th, 2025. J.C. was a generous and loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and a caring friend to many. He was a craftsman who enjoyed stained glass art, creating jewelry, and woodworking. In his spare time, he loved to fish. J.C. was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a Master Mason in the Grand Lodge of Tennessee, and a member of Monte Vista Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife June Davis, and grandson Justin Kerr. He is survived by his children Tina (Wesley) Kerr, Tony (Karen) Davis; grandchildren Travis (Meagan) Kerr, Jordan (Jackilyn) Davis and Jacqueline Davis, great grandchildren Milo and Wade, and close friend Barbara Lowe. Family and friends will meet at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Grandview Pavillion for a celebration of life with Rev. Ken Tucker officiating. Condolences may be shared through www.SmithFuneralandCremation.com. Smith Funeral and Cremation Service, Maryville, 865-983-1000 is servicing the family at this time.
