Jill S. Schnitzmeyer, 68, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on February 17, 2026. She was born on August 4, 1957, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to parents, Emory Raymond Schaeffer and Judith (Aldrich) Schaeffer.
Jill was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her presence was steady and comforting, and she meant more to those who loved her than words can fully express. She found joy in simple moments—being out and about, sharing meals, and spending time with the people she cared about.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Schnitzmeyer; her parents, Emory and Judith Schaeffer; and her sister, Candice Schaeffer Arthur.
Jill is survived by her children, Beth and Noah Schnitzmeyer; her sisters, Ann Baun (Bruce) and Wendy Davis (Carey); and her beloved grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
