Mr. James "Jim" Neale, age 83, of Murray, Kentucky died Thursday, May 25, 2017 at the Anna Mae Owen Hospice House in Murray. Mr. Neale was born on April 30, 1934 in Calloway County, Kentucky to the late Hudie Neale and Ruby (Puckett) Neale. Mr. Neale worked at Martin Oil, Tappan Manufacturing Company and later retired from Briggs and Stratton. Mr. Neale was a member of the Westside Baptist Church, where he was a member of the Senior Men's Sunday Class and a former deacon. Mr. Neale is survived by his wife, Patsy Neale of Murray, to whom he married on November 23, 1966; one son, Christopher Neale and wife Randi of Murray, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Alyssa Neale of Murray, Kentucky, Ashley Neale of Paducah, Kentucky and Alexis Milam of Murray, Kentucky; as well as three step-grandchildren, Gwen, Tommy and Jason. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Rev. Matt Ellis, Rev. Glynn Orr and Bro. Bill Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Brooks Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Patsy, I am so sorry for your loss. Have such fond memories of our time working together at Bank of Murray, then your working with Mike. Remember, too, the trip we all made together to MSU's basketball game in tournament play. My prayers are with you and your son during this sadness of losing him, but celebratory time that Jim is now with Jesus!
