Jimmie Compoz Obituary
Jimmie Chester Compoz, 79, passed away Monday, August 18, 2025, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center. Jimmie was a strong and independent man. He lived in New Mexico for many years but recently moved to Brooklet to spend time with his granddaughter, Destiny and great-granddaughters, Betty Snow and Aurora. He adored them and enjoyed his last few months with them.
Jimmie is preceded in death by his parents, John and Eleanor; sisters, Maggie and Jane; and his brother, John.
He is survived by his children, Jimmie (Deb) and Danielle (Jamie); granddaughter, Destiny; great-granddaughters, Betty Snow and Aurora; sisters, Patty, Lucy, Moe, and Betty; and brothers, Ed, Steve, Lou, and Tommy.
