Jimmy D. Creel, age 94, passed away in Mobile, AL on September 14, 2025. He was born to Hester and Mattie Creel on September 20, 1930.
Mr. Creel was preceded in death by his sons, Lonnie R. Creel and Larry C. Creel and his sister, Kathleen Robbins.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Peggy Creel; son, Jimmy (Wendy) Creel, Jr., daughter, Kimberly Parker; grandchildren, Kim Hernandez, Lonnie (Toni M.) Creel, Matt (Tracy) Creel, Katie Creel, Kingston Creel, and Eric (Amanda) Creel; great-grandchildren, Jonathan Clay, Emily Hill, Oliva Creel, Ashlyn Creel and Zachary Creel; great-great grandchildren, Lucas Hill and Adaline Hill; sister, Juanita Cobbs; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Services will be at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Friday, September 19, 2025, with visitation from 1:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. service time. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
