Brent spent most of his career working for Home Depot. On September 11, 2010, Brent married the love of his life, Megan Howell. They had two children: Benjamin Lawrence & Adelynn Grace. Although they ultimately dissolved the marriage, Brent remained a steadfast partner in raising their children. He taught both children how to drive and instilled a love of mechanics, rough housing, and outdoor fun. Brent had an affinity for outdoor activities: hunting, fishing, dirt biking, ATVs, etc.
Brent is survived by his mother, Gay Lynn Dunlap; father, Joe Howell, Jr.; children: Benjamin Howell, Adelynn Howell; brother, Brian Howell; sisters: Kathy Sullens, Jamie Velasquez; nieces and nephews: Marquis Howell, Michael Tittle, Tyler Tittle, Mercedes Frias; prior in-laws: Donnia and Alan Durban, Ben and Shelley Haynes.
He was preceded in death by his brothers: Joe Lawrence Howell III, and Jimmy Charles Tittle; grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
