Jimmy Kyzer Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by A Natural State Funeral Service & Crematory on Dec. 9, 2025.
Jimmy Earl Kyzer Sr., 86, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, passed away on December 5, 2025. He was born January 5, 1939 to the late Johnie and Rose Nell Kyzer. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Linda Davis, grandson, Jacob Kyzer, brothers, Sonny Kyzer and David Kyzer, and sisters, Verna Joyner, Betty Harvey, Jane Reynolds, and Becky Kyzer.

A man known for his strong work ethic, steady presence, and deep love for his family, Jimmy dedicated his life to the produce business-a trade he proudly committed himself to following his fathers footsteps. Jimmy truly loved to work, and even more, he loved sharing that work with his family. Some of his proudest moments were having his grandchildren beside him on the job, teaching them not only how to work but why hard work mattered. Those lessons-passed down through long days, early mornings, and simple moments-became a defining part of his legacy.
He was happiest behind the wheel of his big truck or outdoors, especially when hunting with his grandkids and great-grandkids. Those trips, full of stories, laughter, and tradition, created memories that will be treasured for generations.

Jimmy is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Delolar Kyzer, children, Jimmie Gail Cooper (Bill), Jeanna Whitley, and Jimmy "Bubba" Kyzer Jr. (Theresa); six grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. His legacy lives on through each of them-through their stories, their laughter, and the values he instilled.
His presence will be deeply missed, but the impact of his hard work, dedication, and love will continue to carry forward for generations.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 1:00pm with the funeral service starting at 2:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville. Burial to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Cabot.
