Jimmy Leonard Obituary
Jimmy Edward Leonard, age 78, passed away December 12, 2023, in Northport, Ala. Jimmy was born to John and Inez on July 15, 1945, in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
Jimmy is survived by his loving daughter, Reba Davis (Ben); two sisters, Willodean Sexton (Sammy) and Minnie Legrone (Gene); two grandchildren, Cody and Piper Davis; five nephews, and four nieces.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte; parents, and brother, John Leonard (Sadie).
Jimmy made a career being a mechanic with the operation of engineers. His passion consists of trading and the restoring of guns and knives. He loved playing the guitar, tinkering with cars and trucks and spending time with all his family and friends over the years. His greatest joy was spending quality time with his grandchildren and his cat, smokey. Jimmy will be truly missed by so many, but has left many memories that will stay with us to the end.
The family will be receiving friends Monday December 18, 2023, at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North between 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. No funeral service after visitation.
