Survivors include his wife Charlene Scott Bouldin McGowan, sisters Dorothy Stembridge, Cynthia Martin, brother Kenneth McGowan, daughter-in-law Dana McGowan, grandchildren Abbie McGowan (Luke Crawford), Dakota McGowan (Matthew Muncey), great-grandchildren Lynlie Crawford, Sunnie Crawford. Nieces, nephews, and many friends also survive.
Funeral services for Jimmy Cleveland McGowan are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Thursday, July 24, 2025 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12:00 P.M. Noon until service time at 2:00 P.M. in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel.
