Jimmy Moore Obituary
He is preceded in death by his parents: Lee Arlen and Elizabeth Jane Moore, his wife of 63 years: Katherine Loretta Watson Moore, and a brother: Conway Moore.
Jimmy is survived by his son: Michael Moore (Judy) of Decatur, daughters: Debbie Vann (Jeff) of Decatur and Annette Whitted (David) of Englewood, grandchildren: Harley Moore (Destiny), Lea Owens (Chris), Lana Moore and Arlen Moore, Hollie Wilson, Clinton Wilson, Madison Smith, Kara Whitted Winder, Kata Younger (Morgan), 18 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM Monday, February 16, 2026, at Ziegler Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 PM at Beta Cemetery in Decatur.
If you cannot attend the visitation or funeral service, you can sign the online guest registry at www.zieglerfuneralhome.com
Ziegler Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Jimmy Lee Moore.
