Jimmy Ronald Ranow passed away Saturday, August 3, 2024, at his residence. A private memorial honoring Jimmy's life will be held at a later date for his family and friends. Jimmy was born on October 5, 1956 to the late Albert Lee and Willie Estelle Posey Ranow in Butler, Georgia. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Wilma Woodruff, Cathy Etheridge and brother, William Ranow.
Jimmy had a passion for rebuilding motorcycles from the frame up. He had a carefree warm spirit and never met a stranger. Jimmy loved animals especially his dogs and birds. He was a bird watcher making sure they had forty pounds of seed a week to eat.
Jimmy is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Davis, sons, Jayson Ranow, Jessie (Shannon) and their daughter Rosie Ranow, brother, Albert L. (Connie) Ranow Jr., and sister Anne Hester.
