A special "thank you" to U.T. Hospice and caregiver, Libby Schaffer.
Funeral 1 P.M. Thursday, Biereley-Hale Chapel. Interment Madisonville Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery. Family will receive friends 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. Thursday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
