Jimmy Lee Taylor

Jimmy Lee Taylor, 79, of White Hall, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022. He was born August 30, 1943, in Altheimer to the late Allen and Vilas Vassaur Taylor.
Jimmy attended Altheimer High School. He worked for EBY for 35 years and Sheridan Excavating for many years. He never thought of it as work and thought of his work colleagues as family. Jimmy loved working and staying on the run. He was a dedicated Christian; he was baptized in 1955. Jimmy enjoyed spending time with his family, especially going on cruises with them. He married the love of his life, Lynn Clark Taylor, September 17, 1964, in Pine Bluff.
Including his parents, he was preceded in death by one infant brother; sister-in-law, Barbara Taylor; and brother-in-law, Jack Lewis.
Survivors include his wife, Lynn Clark Taylor; daughter, Teresa Lynn (Shane) Cooper; son Steve (Jo En) Taylor; grandchildren, Kacey Cooper, Haley Cooper and other half, Jonathan Kennedy, Justin Taylor, Stormy Taylor, and other half Greer Rogers; great-grandchildren, Paisley Taylor; brother, W.A. (Dub) Taylor; and sister Jo Ann Lewis.
A memorial service will be set at a later date.
