I knew Jo-Ann for many years at Emerson Hospital. She was so loved and highly respected by all patients and staff. She ran a tight ship when in charge of the TCU, making sure the patient's needs, were always met. She was one of the most dedication people I have ever known. My fondest memories of Jo-Ann include her wonderful Halloween outfits, especially the Queen of Hearts! She was one of a kind and will be deeply missed.
