JoAnn Jeffrey (Joey), 47, of San Antonio, TX, passed away on August 14, 2025, and entered into the loving arms of the Lord God.

JoAnn was born on January 15, 1978, at Fort Sam Houston, TX, to Frank & Lucy Campa. She grew up in San Antonio, TX, and was known for her vibrant personality and outspoken spirit. She loved to have fun and could brighten any gathering with her humor and energy. Her warmth and caring touched many lives around her. JoAnn was also mechanically inclined, with a special passion for working on planes, and she had a deep love for music. Above all, she cherished her parents and held them close to her heart throughout her life while keeping her faith in the Lord as her guiding light.

JoAnn is survived by her spouse, Cardell Jeffrey, and by her siblings: Frank Campa Jr., Susie Campa-Martinez (Demetrio), Mario Campa (Jessica), Steven Campa (Joanna), Michael Campa (Angie), Anna Campa, Diego Campa, Timothy Winkler, and Jean Campa-Cortez. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank & Lucy Campa, and her brother Ramon Campa.

Family and friends will remember JoAnn for her lively spirit and sense of humor-qualities that reflected the joy of the Lord within her and ensured she left a lasting impression wherever she went. While her absence leaves a great void, her loved ones take comfort in knowing she now rests in eternal peace with God, reunited with those who have gone before her.

A Celebration of Life to honor JoAnn will be held on Saturday September 6, 2025 at Ministry House of Restoration San Antonio Church located at 1729 E. Houston St., San Antonio,TX 78202. Service will be held from 2pm to 4pm followed by a reception located on site.

May the Lord bless and keep her, and may her memory continue to shine as a testament to God's everlasting love.
